Product did not match specifications

I first purchased your strong armored model which unfortunatelly did not match the description because the excess of metal did stop the device's wireless charging and reduced reception by more than a half. A second choice from your catalogue was offered at a superdiscount price, which I appreciated however, the product does not have the protection level I am looking for. I did try to communicate via your support email a few times but they all bounced back even when going trough the link on your email. I suppose it is all good financially for I got 2 products by the cost of one but, at the end none solved my problem.

It's the second case I've purchased because it has a cover for my camera. It offers the same level of protection as the first (which I'm certain it will) and is a worthwhile purchase.

I really like a lens protector that feels comfortable in the palm too. Ridge helps keep the screen away from surfaces when it is placed down too. Highly recommended!

I like the case however this case is heavier compared to the wallet-style case I previously used.
